I recently purchased a new pair of glasses as well as a year supply of my new prescription contact lenses. I was assisted by Tina Clemons and was more than happy with the entire experience. She listened carefully to my thoughts and considerations and made suggestions to help with the purchases. Ms. Tina was informative, helpful, and lively. Her knowledge and experience as an optician made the experience buying new glasses so pleasant and painless!
Terrible experience. I ordered my glasses over two weeks ago and they still have not arrived. Was told they would be here by the end of the week and when I went in to ask about the status of my order I was told they were not even shipped until Friday. My question to them was why leave a voicemail for me on Wednesday indicating my glasses would be ready for pick up on Friday, then not contact me again to let me know the shipping status. Will never do business here again.
