This is my normal store however I just had a question and tried to call the store instead of driving all the way there to ask. I called 3 times in a day and once the night before and nobody answered the phone for Member Services. I tried different departments and still NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE so I need to drive to the store just to ask a question??????
