The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They helped choose my eyewear and their prices are so affordable.
I loved the experience of having my exam done with telemedicine at Bj’s Optical located at Metropolitan Ave. Guadalupe, the patient coordinator was amazing. She was fast and accurate with using her pretesting machines on checking my anatomy of the eye, and my eye alignment. The doctor came in the room with the zoom screen in two minutes. We had a nice and helpful conversation on updating my new eyeglass prescription. I will strongly recommend this kind of exam and this location to all Bj’s members.
So impressed and thankful for all the help Hirma provided! She is such a genuine, patient and an informative professional. (6/5 ;D) She explained absolutely everything I asked of and more regarding frames, pricing and lens options such as their features and differences.
