Bizarre in person "Virtual appt" where the machine and an assistant checks your eyes and a virtual optometrist comes on the screen at the end to "to go over" your results and findings aka looks at photos taken of your eyeball. I needed an updated contact lens prescription and it was fine for that I guess. They claim my vision didn't change and they will keep it the same after not getting checked for 5 years despite me not being able to see anything they put on the screen so not sure how accurate that is.
