Todd was so helpful and friendly! He was so easy to talk to and really made me feel like he truly cared that I found glasses I loved. I waited less than a week for my glasses and I absolutely love them! Again, he was just so nice. Above and beyond customer service skills.
BJs filled my left contact lense prescription wrong and then implied in a very rude, patronizing manner that I was mistaken as I sat there with the prescription and box of lenses in front of me that clearly were wrong. Then they told me they wouldn't offer a refund because the box was opened and they no longer sell contacts. So now I get to walk around with a blurry left eye and headache for a week while I wait for a better place to send the correct prescription.
Andy is a nice guy. But the shipment is slow. I got my glass after 3 weeks although I was told initially that it will take 1 to 2 weeks.
