I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter, who recently purchased a pair of eyeglasses from BJ's Vision Center. This was her first experience there, and it was an excellent one thanks to the outstanding customer service she received. Todd, an associate at the Vision Center, helped my daughter find the perfect pair of glasses. Mr. Todd, I truly appreciate the care & patience you showed throughout the entire process. Todd was so helpful and friendly! He was so easy to talk to and really made me feel like he truly cared that I found glasses I loved. I waited less than a week for my glasses and I absolutely love them! Again, he was just so nice. Above and beyond customer service skills.
BJs filled my left contact lense prescription wrong and then implied in a very rude, patronizing manner that I was mistaken as I sat there with the prescription and box of lenses in front of me that clearly were wrong. Then they told me they wouldn't offer a refund because the box was opened and they no longer sell contacts. So now I get to walk around with a blurry left eye and headache for a week while I wait for a better place to send the correct prescription.
