Customer service was disappointing. I asked for my full prescription details so I could order an inexpensive backup pair of glasses before handing over my expensive frames for new lenses. They couldn’t provide the information and instead told me to measure it myself. Apparently, it’s not a service they offer unless you’re placing an order with them. Not helpful or accommodating.
Pleasant experience and friendly associate makes for a good overall visit
