I had bought a pair of glasses last year. In just one year, the lenses were changed 5 times. Every 2 months I find spots and scratches on the lenses. Even today, I am weraing them with scratches. Once, even the frames fell apart. The materials used are of very poor quality. You will end up paying hundreds of dollars in replacements. I have decided to cut my losses and not go to them again.Â
Phone service and in store service is always so wonderful. The employees are helpful and pleasant.Â
This place is the worst ever I ordered contacts from a man named Chuck and he said it would take a week, then a week later I called and spoke to Chuck he said I picked them up already and then put the phone down and then he said no I did pick them up and that he would order them because he said something happened, could not tell me what happened, he did not even say sorry but I will rush the order No he was very rude and began yelling at me to come in and he will refund my money. Very negative experience. Glasses were not usable, Dr. told me it was my fault. Manager does not return phone calls. After two attempts at exam, went to real eye Dr. and off to surgery I go. Optician saw no problem, opthamologist advised to return to original prescription until after surgery. These guys just want to sell alot of pretty glasses. Save yourself the aggravation and go to an opthamologist.....and save the \$500.00Â
I am a friend of Bobby and Dawn Tillet and the daughter of a very proud and very strong southern woman. I believe that BJs Wholesale Club trampled on my southern heritage the day they decided to punish Bobby Tillet for his. I will never again shop at BJs Wholesale Club nor will any of my proud southern friends or family members. I believe that the only way they can right this major wrong is to swallow their pride and to make a public apology to Bobby Tillet as well as other very offended southerners.Â
