My wife convinced me to try BJs for my prescription glasses this time. We were getting all these emails about the discounts, and her glasses were ok. Well, even though I think they look great, they are the worst glasses I've had since starting with progressives in 2013. The lenses I would rate 4/10, really only good for distance. So I wear older glasses when necessary, even an old pair of prescription safety glasses at times. And they could not get the frames right. I had fabulous customer service from this optical department. The staff was was friendly and professional, I got a good price on my product .
I have had nothing but great experiences at BJ's optical. I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses total. I always find frames I like and save more money than I would if I used my insurance. The customer service is excellent. Everyone I have dealt with is super friendly and knowledgeable.
