I ordered two different frames, and they gave me wrong the second. And everything was sent using his system.Â
José and Jenny at the Seekonk branch were fantastic! They were both so knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy their job, which made my experience even better. The eye exam went really smoothly and inspired confidence in me that I was in good hands because communication was clear. While they were great at communicating, I do really wonder why their section hasn't been better insulated for sound. The background noise was terribly distracting! Despite that, I highly recommend this location and BJ's Optical.Â
