No one is there while they're supposed to be open
I had a great experience using the Television service here at this location! Jeymi the in store tech was super nice & friendly - knew exactly what she was doing and was able to fully explain every step of the process. The online tech Amanda was great as well! The doctor who finished up the appt was super friendly & knowledgeable as well. 10 out of 10 overall. They have a great selection of frames avaliable to choose from & even though they do not take vision insurance, the prices are very reasonable all things considered. Th... read more
Hours stated on their voicemail that it opens on Saturday at 9am. I am here at 9:30am. NO ONE HERE. Poor customer service.
Jeymie was very helpful and professional, the video call with the Dr was seamless, and the entire process was quick and painless (except for that puff of air in the eye, which was uncomfortable but necessary!). And no pressure to go buy their lenses or frames, either!
