Glasses were perfect. Getting a second pair was a good deal and the price was reasonable. They were ready in a timely period.
The BJ optical staff was more than helpful. Excellent service. The virtual visit wasn't what I expected. Not sure how it will turn out, haven't gotten my glasses yet. EDIT: The prescription doesn't work for me and the second set of glasses haven't been sent.

Exceptional service by Jen. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff who truly love what they do. Treated my 12-years old son as the young and independent little adult that he is, giving him options and allowing him to make his own decisions with gentle guidance.
