El peor servicio lo da esta óptica
I had an appointment at BJ's Optical and requested assistance in Spanish. Upon arrival, there simply wasn't anyone available who could help me with the language. I was denied service for not speaking English—despite the fact that they themselves had offered that option. It was a complete waste of time and a sign of disrespect. They should take their commitment to their customers much more seriously.
