I received more than what I asked for or expected! Ms. Chong is the reason. As soon as I picked 4pm for an appointment, my phone rang. It was Ms. Chong, "Mr. Mundy, you have an email, please fill out and digitally sign the form and I will see you at four". A very pleasant voice but giving firm instructions. The vision examination was extensive and professional. I visited several in mall vision stores without being satisfied with their selection of glasses,, fit, and cost compared to BJs. The in-store Optical Manager was outstanding throughout the entire time of the vision examination to the final selection of glasses.
Update: Mrs. Chong was very apologetic and helpful. We sorted out my glasses situation and I couldnt be more thankful. Her charm, knowledge and customer service is unmatchable. She is literally the only kind manager I have encountered at this location. Thanks again for your help today. I appreciate you!! Came to drop off my glasses for an RX update and the closed early and had to have my retired mother take them in since the optical shop closes at 6. The Rx was updated and I got a call they were in so I went on a Saturday to pick them up. No one was there. No other managers could help me. Apparently they do not share keys or the computer system with the warehouse. What kind of BS is that. I'll be asking for my 2 year warranty back since it's very obvious I can't even get in this location to see a person.
Optical exam was extremely thorough from beginning to end. Answered all questions in detail.
