I went into BJ’s Optical looking for my old frame that I bought about three years ago. The frame had been discontinued but Sheri was able to look it up and I ordered it from the manufacturer. The Manager Ms Chong said bring it in when you receive the new frame and will be glad to put the lenses in for you. Both of these Ladies definitely gave me exceptional customer service!! I will use BJ’s Optical every time I need glasses or contacts.
