When I booked my appointment they did not tell me they did not have a eye doctor on site now. Last time I went they did. When I asked the technicians questions I did not feel confident in there answers. Having the doctor on the video screen just doesn't give the experience a personal touch. I felt that the whole exam was a rush job.

I had a problem with my new glasses. The response was instant to my desired wishes. No pressure, no convincing and especially no excuses. The staff was knowledgeable and intelligent in discussing the reason for my problem. They were all friendly and accommodating. BJ's optical in Pasadena. MD. is a win for all. Shout out to their manager.
