I was led to believe they accepted Eyemed. They do not. I had to pay out of pocket for both the exam and the glasses. They said I could submit for reimbursement, and I later found out that was not accurate. Beyond this, I had to return three times just to pick up the glasses. The first time I arrived 20 minutes before close but was told “they left early.” The second time they had closed for the day. They don’t keep hours as publicly advertised.
I love the professionalism from the staff at the Optical Center in BJ's. All those ladies are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and show care for the patients. I do not like the fact that they don't take health insurance BUT their prices are same or better than any online price or other places. I will definitely stay with BJ's optical center for my optical needs.
