Moved to Chgo from Fl and as a single mother I was afraid of a new mechanic till I was blessed to meet this crew. Service is excellent, reasonable prices, honest and fast service. They treat the customers with respect. Trust worthy!
The man standing at the door was very rude. He didn't put anything at the door. The door was open and he didn't say he wouldn't let me in. I just entered the door to ask if he could receive me. He directly kicked me out and swore. I don't understand how such a high-rated store can have such employees.

Joe is very honest and personable, which was exactly what instilled the comfort I expect as a customer. If you’re in the area, this is the place to go for your auto needs.
I brought my car to this shop to get a check engine light diagnostic, where I found out that I needed my timing chain replaced. Joe explained everything with honesty and was not trying to rip me off. My car was finally able pass the emissions test after many years and prior "fixes" done by other mechanics. I will now recommend BJ's to family and friends and will bring my car and future cars here for service!
