The staff at Bjorns was extremely helpful from the very beginning. They helped us decide on groom, fathers, and groomsmen’s attire. They too made sure everyone would look great and coordinated well together, because they know that the photos last a life time and everyone should look and feel their best! Upon picking the suits up the make the groom priority and will do everything to ensure their customer(s) are satisfied. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and neither should you. Stop looking now and get in there!
Mike Bjorns Clothing has a great selection and awesome customer service! I am another retailer that was having a problem getting a specialty item because the manufacturer was out of stock. Best customer service I have ever encountered. Aaron was super nice. Was a totally different experience than that of Men’s Warehouse. Super friendly explained everything and pricing right up front. We will be going back again.
The worst customer service . My son’s tux rental pants split in the crotch the first time he sat down on the night of prom. I was forced to drive to Racine to have someone try to see them so he could wear them. As it was the material was so frayed from wear and tear the it looked awful. As a result my son missed pictures with his friends for his junior prom ....when I explained this to the man at the store he said it was my sons fault they ripped !!! He said three times this !!
