Unfortunately, our experience at BjornBar Bakery in Edgemont Village was very disappointing. We had a cortado, tiramisu, and a jalousie. The Jalousie was decent and probably the only thing we enjoyed. The cortado, however, was not a cortado. A traditional cortado is essentially espresso balanced with a relatively small amount of warm, textured milk, typically close to a 1:1 ratio.
