Lance is absolutely incredible, caring, kind and most importantly understanding! He was so personable and professional at a time that was incredibly difficult for our family. I'm forever greatful that he was the one to pick up the phone the day I had to call. His communication was and continues to be an 11/10, in a world we know to be very much lacking.

Tom was the main person that we dealt with, but Ken was also there for my husband Kevin’s family. My mother in law was well known to the Farleys, , but the service they gave was exceptional as it would be for everyone. The compassion they showed was real and they took care of all the details efficiently. They were just outstanding and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
