Very friendly staff, that where very professional and knowledgeable.
I contacted a few business's regarding my septic issue and BJOE was the quickest to respond. Tim came out the day I made my call and 2 days later excavation started (on a holiday weekend!) Brian is a wonderful business owner that is skilled in what he does, explained everything to me and even goes the extra mile for his customers. I had a problem with getting my riding mower started and him and Tim inspected it and let me know it was the battery (and even removed it for me.) Tim and Brian came in a timely fashion and serviced my spring to put in service. They are efficient, kind and very knowledgeable. I will be hiring them again!
