We stopped in town for a few days on the way to visit family. My wife noticed a bad smell on startup (I don't have much sense of smell). We called and came in. They checked out our car in about 10 minutes! Steve told me the fuel line was dry end to end and there was just a small oil leak near the exhaust and it would be no problem just to smell a bit of burning oil and get it fixed when we get home. The Bjers Auto team has always provided me with excellent service and kindness. They really know there stuff and I always get the feeling that they are being honest with me. I've even gone in there thinking I need new brake pads, ready to pay for them, and they tell me you still have at least 40% left on your pads, they cleaned em up for me and sent me on my way. They could have easily been dishonest and charged me for new pads. They are my go-to auto mechanic and I highly recommend them!
I was traveling through the area and the air conditioner went out in my RV. I called a few places and they would not work on it, but recommended Bjers, so I called them. They agreed to fit me in the next morning. I had googled the issue and found that it could be a vacuum leak, which was what it turned out to be. A simple quick fix and only $119! I really appreciate that they fit me in and didn't try to make the repair more than it was. Awesome experience.
Bjers Automotive Repair did what another shop could not do in 5 months! Within a few days of dropping our truck off at Bjers our truck had a new engine in it and we were on the road once again. I could believe Bjers did it so fast and beat every quote we got by over $1500, not to mrntion we now have a 3 year warranty on the new engine. With the economy the way it is every penny saved counts. My wife and I would highly recomend Bjers Automotive Repair to anyone that has car or truck issues
