Our daughter was towed to Bjers 12/29/2025 from I-5 late afternoon. They quickly evaluated the problem as brakes to be replaced(bad installation from an out-of-town service-so dangerous!) They recommended a nice place to stay and provided transportation. They seemed busy, but got her on her way by 10am the next morning! They explained and documented the problems for her too.
