Dont waste your time. They will treat you like crap, not listen, not help you and kill you. Don't go to Farmington either go to the city or festus. You can have an infection in your bone and they'll keep you on the same antibiotics that aren't working, they won't even give you ibuprofen. They killed my uncle with an infection and are about to do the same with me. Stay out of the bjc network. They don't care about you and they won't help you.

I have had two experiences in the ER, both were really good. But it's my last visit a week ago that was beyond exceptional. The nurses were great, I do not do well with IV sticks and I'm much worse once the stick is over and it's left in my arm until the end of the visit. Freaks me out super bad and they put up with my anxiety so well. The Dr was a breath of fresh air. I guess I should of read the reviews before I went here. I went here for a serve allergic reaction. My husband first went in to see if they were open and no one was at the desk so he was knocking on doors. The security office has no empathy and was so rude to my husband. I get back to the room, can barley talk my toung is swollen. The dr looked at me like I was crazy, pretty much made it seem like I was crazy. Why on earth would I make this up. most everyone was great, penelope at the desk is so sweet! i went in for 2 things and 1 was made priority (great no issues) but the other issue was not addressed AT ALL and i tried to tell them issues caused by it, still nothing. great job for what they did cover tho
