My child needed a quick x-ray after seeing his primary. I was able to get in with no wait and Emily was very friendly. I had to contact BJC to rectify insurance details after check in and unfortunately the rep put me in as self pay despite asking for my insurance card and info. Emily was amazingly patient as I sorted the issue and even connected me with Gayle in registration to further assist. My boyfriends PCP sent him here yesterday. He as been vomiting for 5 days running a fever of 100.8 to 101.8 for 5 days. They sent us here said they will test for Flu B and will check him out. The lady doctor that saw him came in very rushing and acted like she didn't have time for us. She cut me off while I was in the middle of explaining to her what's going. She was very rude said there is nothing she can do for him. She gave him some Zofran and said we would have to contact his PCP and get lab work or imaging if he doesn't... read more
