It was my first time going to this place. My app was at 8:30am but because of traffic, trying to find the building, and finding parking; I didn’t arrive until 20 minutes later. I tried calling 4 times and no line was available for the office so I couldn’t call and tell them I was running late.Upon my arrival I was told I would have to reschedule that that there was a 10 minutes grace period.
