Seriously disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled since July (it is November), and I get an automated voicemail (not even a live person) saying my appointment is canceled 5 days beforehand. And when I called the BJC number to reschedule they don’t have anything available until February now?? The least someone could have done is called me directly & said they would get me in a cancellation list at the very least.
