Have had a fantastic experience with my neurologist. I feel heard, I’m seeing improvements, I could not ask for a better care team. Offices are clean and front desk staff is kind and very willing to help.
The worst group of doctors I have ever encountered. Our neurologist barely listened to us, gave a diagnosis and sent us on our way. We scheduled a six month follow up anyway. But now three weeks later the meds aren’t working and when I try to move up our appointment so that we can actually get help, they tell me that they won’t listen to us or change the diagnosis and if we want a second opinion to seek help elsewhere. We just want help…
There's no receptionist that answers a phone. I've been trying for 3 months to contact someone for an appointment. It's nothing but telephone tag.
