Spent a week in pain and without migraine meds because this office kept screwing up the paperwork for my prescription, and then were belligerent that everything was fine when I called to get it fixed. Doctor used an AI assistant to help take notes and I do not feel like the doctor was actually listening to me at all. When I say I have a migraine every day I am not being hyperbolic. Not sure if it is specifically Dr. Svetlana Kovaleva or the office staff, but UNBELIEVABLE! 1. I had an appointment scheduled for follow up after a stroke and they canceled it without communicating anything. I called the office to ask about it and they said that they saw in my chart that I had a neurology appointment at Cleveland Clinic (2 months later), so they cancelled it. I had been having a daily migraine/headache for over 1.5 months and had communicated with Dr.K’s office staff on multiple occasions through phone conversations and my chart. When I had my appointment she had no recollection of any of these conversations. She dismissed my pain as stress. She told me they have too many patients to remember details, but all I was asking was a simple pre-appointment review of my chart.

Very efficient office. My husband and I have gone to different Drs in this office for years. They are very quick to refill meds when needed, especially if you use the portal. Staff is very friendly.
