What a joke of an office. I have a referral from my dr due to an abnormal mri but they will not see me because I saw another neurologist for a different issue less than a year ago. Would not recommend even giving them a call. Heaven forbid you have a serious issue. Pathetic
Arrived at 3pm, didn’t see er dr until 11:30pm, admitted, no room availability until 3:30am. Longest ER experience yet. Both the older women at ER desk were rude, dismissive, and arrogant, so weird? All the nurses and drs were nice so far, always scary at shift change. M eds already not given, twice, Benadryl and such. Also, 2 workers have touched her open wound without gloves? WTH is happening?
Imaging department customer service is extremely rude and not helpful
This is my 2nd attempt at officially requesting a patient advocate which is my right. Record all your encounters. I have to because every hospital acts like lawyers. And you all just take severe advantage of vulnerable people like myself. It's disgusting
