The doctor is okay, however the nurse that works for him is VERY RUDE. Her name is Karen and she has zero empathy whatsoever. We are going through a hard time right now and needed to be referred to a specialist, but she denied it and said in a rude tone "wellll we will see I have to ask the doctor first" THEN HUNG UP. We called her the next day because we really needed to see a specialist and she just hung up again. I'm sorry, but she needs to be fired. Great doctors
Dr. Acree and Dr. Tan are GREAT! Very friendly and good at answering questions. We don't feel rushed here. They seem to actually care about their patients. Some of the assistants could be better. Getting blood drawn has been scary at times.
I love this office and staff. I never have to wait very long to be called back or for the doctor to see me. Dr.Tan is absolutely AMAZING, and the most dedicated and caring physicians I have ever had! Dr.Acree is very friendly and thorough with you. The nurse practitioner's are great as well. They can usually always get you in right away or next day and so glad I changed to this clinic! Highly recommend if you want doctors that actually care for their patients!
