Fast and easy, if you make an appointment, not sure about walk ins. The Dr's there listen and help with your issues. I did not feel rushed or like I was a burden. The only thing that would suggest to make it better, is to have a larger wait room.
I absolutely love the care I have received here. I've been here three times. Each time I called to make an appointment and each time was seen within an hour of my call. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional; from the front desk staff, to MA, to the PA. They listened to my concerns and each time prescribed a plan of care to get me back to 100%. I'd rather go here than my family doctor. Thanks for the great care!
Was told to come by BJC office to this location for assistance with care. Was told to just go because they don't do appointments only walk-ins. Show up the lady at the front desk is rude and dismissive. Turned around and decided I would rather not get care from these people.
My 2 yr old and I were seen there, upon arrival the front desk person (older blonde woman) was very rude about my 2 year old not wearing a mask. He was not feeling well and he did not want to be there. She looked at us with annoyance. Another patient told her that he was a baby and was not feeling good to understand. The other staff, nurses and doctor were very patient with him and even gave him stuff to keep him occupied.
