Great service and took me early for my appointment. Yes they did flu/covid test and my insurance covers it 100%....those who complain about cost of tests, need to look at their insurance coverage. Dr was great and service has improved here 100% from my last visit.
Came in for having headaches everyday, left feeling even worse than I came.Never told me my results for Covid or strep throat.The doctor nails was dirty,didn’t wash here hands after traveling patient to patient.Dont recommend going here!!!!
Went here about a year ago because I had a very bad cold. I was given a COVID test and sent home, negative results. They suggested me get over the counter medicine to fix the cold, nothing further. Six month later, received a $495 bill for a COVID test. This is criminal, and the bill has still not been paid, it WILL not be paid! This is will health insurance, at least that what Americans call it…
Outstanding experience at my walk-in office visit today. Lisa in reception was chipper, professional and helpful. I did not have an appointment, but she said they could work me in in 45 minutes. The nurse who ran my tests was kind and a great listener. The nurse practitioner, Freda, exceeded all my expectations. Extremely thorough exam, asked all the right questions, spot on diagnosis, solid explanation of the tests and the treatments… Even managed to make me laugh on a day I felt the worst in over 10 years.
