The person at the desk, and the attending physician were great. The woman that took my vitals and took me into the room was, rude and Terrible.
Walked in at 12:30. Explained that my husband cut his leg and was bleeding. A tech came up front and explained that they going to lunch first!!! We could come back at 1:45 if we wanted to be seen!!! Wow the patient sure doesn’t come 1st!!
Fast and easy, if you make an appointment, not sure about walk ins. The Dr's there listen and help with your issues. I did not feel rushed or like I was a burden. The only thing that would suggest to make it better, is to have a larger wait room.
I absolutely love the care I have received here. I've been here three times. Each time I called to make an appointment and each time was seen within an hour of my call. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional; from the front desk staff, to MA, to the PA. They listened to my concerns and each time prescribed a plan of care to get me back to 100%. I'd rather go here than my family doctor. Thanks for the great care!
