I have been a patient here for years. I missed scheduling an appointment for a couple of years because of two surgeries. I called for an appointment in April of this year and they could not take me until June. Then in June, they called to cancel and rescheduled me for August. A few days prior to that appointment, they canceled that one and stated I couldn’t be seen until November. This is for the nurse practitioner. I give up. Really disappointed in the lack of care and concern for patients. I will not go back.
I had wonderful care with Dr Schwartz for several years. I was sorry he retired
Went there they had me fill out forms as new patient. After that they said you were late so we can’t see you till august. Months later. They were awful. Not only did they loose me as a new patient my husband also left.
Dr. Schwartz is an excellent physician in sleep apnea and related areas. I love his sense of humor, nice man.
