No one answers the phone there. Good luck getting in. Better to call Barnes hospital
No one will answer the phone when you call. I’ve called 3 different times and was on hold for 30 minutes each time with no one answering so had to hang up. Awful
I was notified today that my cardiologist was leaving this group. I called the number provided in the notice to make arrangements for moving to a new doctor within the group. I was placed on hold, and then waited, literally, sixty minutes for someone to pick up my call. After an hour of hold music, I hung up. There are a number of other doctors in this group who aren't leaving, and I can only assume that their patients got the same treatment as me, except that their business might have been more pressing than just switching ... read more
I had a Transthoracic Echo done this morning by Julie at the Shiloh location. She is very professional and has a great personality and sense of humor. She made me feel quite comfortable and was excellent at explaining things throughout the process. Thank you Julie for making it a pleasant experience.
