The receptionist I spoke to was rude, berating, and not helpful in the slightest. Made me feel like a burden for even calling in the first place, and just wanted to be off the phone. It doesn't make me feel confident in going to this office, considering I am going to try and get help, and I already feel like I'm not even worth the time.
