Since Dr Draves went with BJC, I have lost respect for them. I was not informed that they no longer took my insurance and were then an out of network provider. Thus my last office visit cost was double the price, which I had to pay. When I complained everyone passed the buck. I have been with them for years, but I will not return. Nancy
