They are constantly late, I mean 5 days late, calling in my prescriptions. It says to use MyChart for refills, it would help if the doctors actually checked their patients MyChart messages. At Columbia Illinois you will not get friendly customer service, and you will see a doctor who doesn't really have time for you or your health.
