Horrible communication no one is on the same page my order either never go through or never get sent I wait weeks and sometimes month to get my c pap supplies because of this issue they blame the doctors office and doctors office says it's them.. And the only one suffering is me... Not to mention every 6 months I have to have a new order put through when the orders are good for a year. But some how my orders just disappear.. leaving me with so much anxiety.. and poor supplies that don't stay together or sealed right. .
