Charged hundreds of dollars for a consultation with Dr. Pauline Habib. Had just 15 minutes before my issues were dismissed as biomechanical and I was told to see a new physio. I was encouraged to make a follow-up appointment for a few months later if my symptoms hadn't improved. When I returned for that appointment I was once again given all of 15 minutes before Dr. Habib once again decided my issues were purely biomechanical and offered no further help. Dr Caterson is exceptional. I have no doubts when it comes to recommending him. I felt listened to and taken seriously. He is clear and methodical, like a human computer. His ability to synthesise information is excellent. The reception team at BJC Health (in Parramatta and Bondi) is also excellent. Prompt and helpful, what more could you want. I saw Dr Taylor Cullen and she was fantastic!! She was thorough, very attentive, caring and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone see her as a Rheumatologist.
