Beautiful building shown by leasing agent, Annie. She was very responsive, we just wish space was more toddler friendly but, other than that- loved the experience meeting with Annie from BJB property leasing office

Someone threw a bottle of wine off of the rooftop of this property around 9:30-10 pm on June 6th, 2025. Hopefully they have cameras.
Lived here for a little over a year, overall satisfied with the building and staff. Maintenance is quick if any issues happen in your unit and appliances are all very up to date and work well. The building is also in a great location with great views. My only major issue with this building - and it’s a BIG one - is that from about October-April, the heat is turned on in the building, giving tenants little to no control over the temp of their unit, which caused our unit to be OVER 85 degrees for several weeks, until managemen... read more
I've been living at 3141 N Sheffield for 6 months now and it's been mostly a positive experience, but I do have a few gripes. Pros: 1) The apartments are gorgeous on the inside. Units with beautiful brick walls, floor to ceiling windows, tall ceilings, large walk in closets, central air, and a modern kitchen at this price point are hard to find. 2) The location is amazing, being right next to the Belmont el stop is very convenient.
