The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
