Worst logistic service, avoid at all costs. Constant new surcharges with unreasonable reason, endless operational issues, and zero accountability. Customer service is nonexistent; emails and messages go unanswered because I am an SME? Are the positive reviews even for the same company, B&J Global Inc.?
