We have used BJ Queen Plumbing several times in recent years. They epitomize what a mechanical contractor should be by returning calls, acknowledging text messages, and making every effort to service their customers in a timely manner. The staff is knowledgeable, hard-working, pleasant and do quality work. I highly recommended BJ Queen. Updated July 2025. Same great professional service. Thank you.
They ALWAYS show up, fix it within 2 tries and cost a lot. Still recommend calling them, but be sure the problem is fixed before they leave and do not pay the bill until the system is completely tested and operational for at least a few weeks.
These guys are absolutely AWESOME. They are responsive and show up on time and do excellent work. They fixed my furnace, and also found a fan for my existing heater (everyone else was stating I needed to replace the whole thing). They are honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend and will be calling them again if I ever have an issue.
BJ was quick to service my heating issues, get parts delivered and service our system.
