The photo had low lighting, and when I raised a concern via email, the response was dismissive and unprofessional (denying my concern about the lighting, repeated comments about having taken visa photos for years without issues, despite me never questioning their expertise—only requesting help to address a clear concern). Got passport photos taken here, process was extremely quick and staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Definitely recommend!
