Went in to buy a bouquet of flowers. Was told the bouquet was $45 not including the vase, asked how much including the vase and ended up paying $50 in total. After purchase I noticed there was a sticker that read $39.99 for the flowers. The owner refused to refund me and blatantly charged me an extra $10 out of greed. Really disappointing. I even pointed out his mistake and gave him the chance to make it right but was told the extra charge was because they “change the water” absolutely laughable.
