I spoke with Kelly she is outright unprofessional and and disgraceful dealing with harsh and unfortunate circumstances denying simple legal requirements. Yet once i spoke to lawyer and informed kelly i had she ended the conversation. i then call and spoke with someone else who helped with no further question or arguments and sorted it then and there and was kind caring and professional Steffi is amazing. Kelly is a nasty and unprofessional human and should not be dealing with customers if they want a good image.

Awful people. Im a nightshift worker, was sleeping when they came to do an inpection and before i could even get up pop my dog outside and open the door for the guy he took off. Claiming my dog scared him from barking. They refused to listen to me over the phone, was rude and judgmental. Resquedualed even tho i have to take a day off work every time they do this and this is the second time they have resquedualled. Dogs bark thats their job. I dont apriciate being attacked over such an event.

This Real Estate needs a serious change. They take weeks (if not months) to respond to emails. If they take your call, they hang up as quickly as they can. They say they will ring you back with information, but they rarely do. You have to chase and chase and chase to get information. Unfortunately, they manage the owner's corporation for my unit. They don't run the mandatory AGMs, they cannot tell me how much is owing on my annual fees, they cannot tell me how much annual fees actually are. I find this absurd. Graeme also ow... read more

Thanks to Belinda this group is getting one star. She blames the consumer for her own error then thinks she has the legal right to decline you of being put forward for any property. There is a consumer rights case currently open against this immature girl. She clearly needs more training.
