Found graeme Jarvis an extremely rude person who needs to make sure his phone is turned off before calling people names.
This real estate is no good i know someone who is with them and they don't show for inspections then they will come randomly without any notice. They dont send a new letter out like they are ment to for a inspection. One man from the real estate came without notice and try to get in tbe house even tho he was told to leave. He didnt give hes name and had no I.D so he could've been anyone. They dont repair things or if they do, they take months to get repairs fixed. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service Kelly and Steffi provided in managing our rental We truly appreciate their support and would highly recommend Kelly and Steffi to anyone looking for reliable and professional property managers.
I had a great experience renting through this agency. The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from the initial viewing to move-in. They communicated clearly, handled everything efficiently, and were always available to answer questions. Renting can be stressful, but they made it easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property.
