I gave this place 2 chances. The first I wanted to purchase a wig and I could not try it in until it was purchased, the wig was absolutely garbage and they don’t do refunds, strike one. The second time, they are literally ROBBBING us! For example, a small container of bask and lather edge control is $20 there, it’s $8.99 on Amazon. This was my first time at this store. Glad I went! The ladies at the front were great. The owner was very friendly. I didn't feel like he was watching me. Or made me feel any type of uncomfortability. The young ladies at the front, asked him for some hair. That was on a mannequin, and he said sure, and they gave him a hug. That's really rare to me. I want to buy a wig, the cashier said I can not try on any wig without purchasing one first. I did not appreciate this experience. How can I buy something with out see if will look good on me?

The customer service that I received today was by far the worst. I bought a pack of hair and the store price the pack of hair with an incorrect price. I told the manager that he has to honor the price that the pack was ticketed for. This girl behind the. Counter was extremely rude. Its a shame nowadays how the wrong type of people are able to get jobs in the customer service field.
