This was my first time at this store. Glad I went! The ladies at the front were great. The owner was very friendly. I didn't feel like he was watching me. Or made me feel any type of uncomfortability. The young ladies at the front, asked him for some hair. That was on a mannequin, and he said sure, and they gave him a hug. That's really rare to me. I want to buy a wig, the cashier said I can not try on any wig without purchasing one first. I did not appreciate this experience. How can I buy something with out see if will look good on me?

The customer service that I received today was by far the worst. I bought a pack of hair and the store price the pack of hair with an incorrect price. I told the manager that he has to honor the price that the pack was ticketed for. This girl behind the. Counter was extremely rude. Its a shame nowadays how the wrong type of people are able to get jobs in the customer service field.

Called before I drove 30 minutes away asking about do they have a product. The girl said yes we have it. Got there none even available smh. Terrible customer service. Just lost a sale
