Recently got my key fix that was wonderful! When I came to pick the key up I walk to the window to see if it worked. The owner or who ever he was made a comment say “”hey you have to pay for that” then giggled I really didn’t appreciate that remark at all. I think people should be aware of their language usage especially dealing with the public as a professional business thx for coming to my Ted talk.
I had an excellent experience with Giovanny #7 from start to finish. I was greeted with a friendly “good morning” as soon as I walked in, which immediately made me feel welcome.
