This place doesn’t even deserve a star , bought a suv in January have been giving the run around of where my title is and now refuse to give a 3rd temp tag because I call Kentucky vehicle commissions office on them to file a complaint!!!!!! So now he refuses to give a tag and I can’t get tags with out a title plus they never answer the phone or text with out back to back messages !!!! Poor service this place needs shut down
U buy cars and trucks from them and pay them off and they don’t give u a title or won’t send the title for the vehicle so it’s time to hav ether deadlier lic revoke and take. Away for good u shouldn’t screw people over u take there money and never give them a title for the vehicle u say u have good customer service well when a few people are done with the ing u in by not giving titles I’ll make sure your not allowed to sell port a potty’s scum bags don’t buy don’t waste ur time here they are crooks
