Terrible experience, Angel was very rude and unprofessional. Never again.
My husband and I were on vacation when our Ac compressor went out causing my car to make a horrible noise and smell like burning rubber. I called Nick at 6:30 on Saturday evening they picked my car up with a roll bed on Sunday Morning and fixed the issue and delivered my car back to me same day!! Excellent customer service!
I bought a 2019 Jeep from CarMax and got the MaxCare warranty. Jeep staring leaking water/coolant so I called CarMax and they said to bring it to Nicholas at B2J auto in Daytona. So glad I did. Dropped it off on a Saturday morning. They diagnosed the problem immediately (water pump) and send it all the info to get the claim approved by MaxCare.
