Dropped my head off November 18 of 2024, here it is 1 July, 2025 and nothing. Nobody answers the phone, nobody returns a phone call. I will never use this service again, would recommend all others to stay away also!

Had to change my review. I dropped off my things to be cleaned around February of 2021 and I paid up front. I have called multiple times to be told they will get done but they had so many from the previous hunting season. I still haven't heard anything or gotten any finished product. Im actually really irritated due to the fact that I lost out on money because of this. $120 for 2 skulls to be cleaned and I have nothing. This is beyond wrong.
