Called Bizzy Bee last night around 1800 and Adam was at my home at 0630 this morning. Adam was recommended by my neighbor who's been using them for YEARS. Been dealing with a furnace lockout issue for the past couple of days. I've always been able to fix my HVAC issues over the years but this time I was stumped (already replaced the flame sensor and ohm'ed out the pressure switches) and I was tired of freezing. I was charged 50$ to be told nothing could be done. So then I had someone else come and look at it and they fixed it in minutes. Adam not only asked me (the customer) to help him but he left stuff apart and was okay with leaving me in my 80º house. I'm not happy at all and I really want my 50$ back. It may have been the tech that I got , but I would NEVER recommend this place to someone who needs their hvac issues resolved. Pathetic.
