From day one of meeting Dimmy, I knew I wanted her to make my wedding gown. I had searched extensively to find a wedding dress that I liked "off the rack" however could not find one that suited my style and personality. As such, I stepped into Bizzaro with a wild design and Dimmy worked with me to design a dress that matched my vision. They were very unwelcoming to my mum. Uninviting, condescending experience TBH. My budget was flexible if I found the right dress. It was kind of embarrassing how they felt the need to throw every other bridal store under the bus for their own benefit, even on their flyers! I rated this place a 1 out of 5 stars because thats how I feel, and got a call from Dimmi the next morning asking if I wanted the dress, as soon as I said no, her tone changed and she started barking questions at me about my 1/5 star rating..
