Jason at BizTek was able to solve my computer issues in a very professional and patient way when I was getting a message that my computer was infected with a virus. He quickly assured me that in all probability, it was a pop up trying to get me to go to a certain website. He took care of that probably immediately and was able to quickly install some updates and get my computer back up and running. I am very appreciative!
