Highly recommend! Franchising your business is more work than most people imagine, but with Lin's help and expertise he got us headed in the right direction When he talks, people in the industry listen.
I have used Lin for the the past 4 years as my exclusive business attorney but more importantly my franchise attorney. He did a fantastic job writing my franchise agreement and FDD as well as gave me valuable advice regarding what not to do as a franchisor.
